PURPOSE:To make a security code easy to see and to reduce production cost by providing a memory to store a security code, a light-emitting element means consisting of plural light-emitting elements that emits light in prescribed combinations corresponding to security codes, and a key switch. CONSTITUTION:If the key switch 4 is depressed one time, the fall of an L-signal is detected at the terminal 1b of a CPU 1, and the CPU 1 lets a first digit of a security code data stored in the memory count up by one to make it shift from '0' to '1'. Then the LED 2a is put off, and the LED 2b is put on istead to indicate that the value of first digit is '1'. Like such a case, the second digit is '1' is represented by putting on the LED 2b instead of the LED 2a. Accordingly, the arbitrary value of a security code can be represented by the combination of the lightings of the LEDs 2a-2h disposed in front of the equipment, therefore, the display is very easy to see.
