PURPOSE:To enable speed change to be carried out facilely in bicycles or indus trial vehicles and the like, by changing rotational speed between a driving wheel and a following wheel in response to any load fluctuation with a simpli fied structure, in a speed changer utilizing one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:Circles D1 and D2 are used respectively as a driving wheel and a following wheel (or a following wheel and a driving wheel), and one of the shafts of the wheels (e.g. a shaft 01) is driven. A plurality of link K employed for transmitting torque between the shaft 01 and the shaft 02 are connected to the circle D1 with their one-side ends by pins M and the other-side ends are connected to the circle D2 by one-way clutch member N. Accordingly, when the driving wheel D1 rotates in the direction of an allow S1, the clutch member N transmits torque only when it undergoes mutual pulling action with the following wheel D2, and it slips otherwise. The following wheel D2 rotates by an angle theta2(theta2>theta1) in accordance with the rotational angle theta1 of the driving wheel D1 so far as the upper semi-circle portion concerns. While, the clutch member N rotates b an angle theta3(theta3<theta2) on the lower semi-circle side. Hence, the following wheel D2 rotates in acceleration.
