PURPOSE:To make it possible to provide a compact and lightweight automatic reversing type oscillation motor at a low cost by providing such an arrangement that a vane member abuts against a valve body for changing over the supply of working fluid to operating chambers. CONSTITUTION:An automatic reversing type motor comprises a housing 1 supporting a rotary shaft 2 and a vane member 3 disposed in the housing 1 and incorporated integrally with the rotary shaft 2. A valve body 4 is rotated in association with the pressure differential between first and second pressure chambers A, B. The wall of the housing is formed therein with working fluid passages 14A, 14B and working fluid return passages 15A, 15B. Thus, it is possible to provide a compact and lightweight automatic reversing type oscillation motor at a low cost.
