PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting of a getter fitting plate to an anode connector by winding and fixing the fitting piece of a shape memory alloy fitted directly or indirectly to a getter to the anode connector supported on a funnel. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply 10 is turned on via a switch 9 to heat the fitting piece 8 of a shape memory alloy, the fitting piece 8 is deformed into a hook shape. When this hook portion is hooked on an anode connector 2 and the heating is stopped and the fitting piece 8 is cooled to the normal temperature, the fitting piece 8 is wound on the anode connector 2 and can support a getter 5 firmly by the shape memory function. The getter can be fixed workably, easily, and firmly without requiring the fitting precision to the anode connector and the skill.
