PURPOSE:To remove compost and to prevent the compost from coiling itself around a revolving shaft, by rotating a removing material protrusively set from a plane part or a wing in the direction of a protecting plate together with the plane part. CONSTITUTION:Compost transported by a floor conveyor 5 is properly loosened by a grinding blade 21 of a crushing beater set in close to the floor conveyor, long straws, etc., are cut down and raked upward. The raised compost is hit to a main body 9 of a guide plate, dropped downward on the inside of the top of a plane part 10. The small pieces of loosened and cut compost dropped on the inside of the top of the plane part 10 are uniformly scattered outward by wings 18 of the plane part 10. A removing material 27 attached to the back of the plane part 10 prevents addition of admixture and prevents the compost from coiling itself around a vertical revolving shaft of the plane part 10.
