PURPOSE:To make the angle alteration of a clamped work so easy by making each angle setting hole of both first and second angle setting members accord with each other with insertion of an angle setting pin, and constituting them so as to alter an angle of the clamping device provided with the second angle setting member. CONSTITUTION:A first angle setting member 10 is installed in one end of a shaft 12, and a second angle setting member 11 is installed in a clamp 16 together with a receiving member 15. This clamp plate 16 clamps a plate electrode in conjunction with a holding plate 22. And, the first angle setting member 10 and the second angle setting member 11 as well as the receiving member 15 are all concentrically and rotatably coupled together. And, each angle setting hole 14 of the first angle setting member 10 and each angle setting hole 19 of the second angle setting member 11 are kept in a state of coincidence by insertion of an angle setting pin 28 being free of detachment.
