PURPOSE:To incinerate and dry garbage for easy diposal by causing a garbage tray to be located at a first position where the bottom opening of a garbage collecting tube is closed at the time of drying or incinerating the garbage, and to be lifted and overturned for removing at a second position which is lower than the first position. CONSTITUTION:A lid 2 is opened to throw garbage into a casing 1, and the garbage is collected on a garbage tray 12. The power source switch is operated to cause a magnetron 11 to oscillate, and microwaves are radiated to the garbage in the garbage tray 12. Upon completion of the garbage incineration, a link 18 is actuated by an actuator 19 to move the support shaft 13 of the garbage tray 12 in a guide groove 16 in a tray overturning guide unit 14. The support shaft 13 descends and rotates counterclockwise, and the garbage tray too descends and rotates 90 deg. in the same direction. The support shaft 13 farther rotates counterclockwise, and the garbage tray too rotates in the same direction to be overturned at the lowest position. Fine ashes in the garbage tray 12 are dropped into an ash container 21.
