CONSTITUTION:When the lower limb-disabled person on a wheelchair moves on a road, the lower limb-disabled person himself positions the wheelchair 3 in parallel to a motor scooter 2. Next, the fixing means provided to one end of the main body of a connector 1 is fixed to the motor scooter 2 and the fixing means 1-3 provided to the other end thereof is fixed to the wheelchair 3 to connect the motor scooter 2 to the wheelchair 3. In this state, the lower limb-disabled person transfers from the wheelchair 2 to the motor scooter 2 by his own efforts without causing a fall and subsequently drives the motor scooter to move on a road.
