SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION PLANNING BY DEVELOPING UNIT REQUIREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for a developing unit requirement as compared with a conventional structure-type parts developing by setting the unit requirement of parts based on a production process. SOLUTION: A unit requirement file 22 of each physical process stores the unit requirement of the thrown-in articles required per one product in the production process at every production process and also at every thrown-in article which is thrown-in to the production process when the product is produced by way of the plural production processes. A logical unit requirement summing-up part 31 calculates the unit requirement sum-up values at every production process and also at every thrown-in article by multiplying the unit requirement sum-up values of the products in the respective production processes by the units requirement of the thrown-in articles in order from the most downstream production process to the most upstream one by referring to the file 22 and stores them in a unit requirement file 23 by logical process. A developing unit requirement calculating part 32 obtains the results of developing unit requirement calculation at every production process and also a every thrown-in article by multiplying the respective unit requirement sum-up values of the file 23 by the number of the final products.
