PURPOSE:To attain the significant effect of parallel connected sets of processors, by transferring only a constant amount of information corresponding to the number of times of load distribution from a first element processor to a second element processor, and generating work information in the inside of a second element processor based on the information transferred from a first element processor. CONSTITUTION:At the time of performing the load distribution from the first element processor 31 to another second element processor, the first element processor 31 transfers only the constant amount of information corresponding to the number of times of load distribution generated by the constant amount information generating device 35 of the first element processor 31, and the second element processor proceeds a processing after the load distribution by using the work information generated by the work information generating device of the second element processor. In such a way, it is possible to solve overhead such as the generation of load, the transfer of a large amount of work information, and the storage of the load, etc., in the load distribution.
