<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive photoelectric compound module having small deterioration in signal. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element 12, an IC 13 for transmitting and receiving light, and a passive component 16 are packaged on a transparent flexible sheet 11 having a wiring pattern and a function for taking in and out the light. An optical input and output is conducted between the outside and an optical element through the optical inputting and outputting part exisiting on the transparent flexible sheet 11, and electrical connection is established between the outside such as a mother board 2 and the IC 13 for transmitting and receiving light through the terminal 14 for electrical connection existing on the transparent flexible sheet. The terminal 14 for electrical connection exists beneath the folded transparent flexible sheet and the passive component 16 is packaged at the vertical part of the folded transparent flexible sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
