PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a product by easily enabling a resonance frequency or a central frequency to be adjusted to a higher range by trimming a resonator using a dielectric substrate or the capacitor electrode pattern of a BPF using the resonator. CONSTITUTION:The adjustment of the resonance frequency of the resonator is performed by trimming either or both two capacitor electrode patterns 1 and 2 which exist on the surface of a substrate 4 and reducing the areas of the electrode patterns. In other words, by reducing the area of the pattern on the surface side of the substrate, the confronting area of the substrate on the rear plane side is reduced, and capacitance formed by both patterns is reduced, and as a result, the resonance frequency rises.
