PURPOSE:To instantaneously judge with one measurement whether an XY dimension faulty (lug hole position deviation) or a Z dimension faulty is obtained by forming separately a Z dimension measuring block and a lug hole detecting pin, energizing them in an upper direction with a spring and providing them vertically movable. CONSTITUTION:By a cylinder 21 movable upper and lower directions of a measuring mechanism 10 arranged at 4 places, a vertical motion block 13 rises until it is abutted to a stopper 22. Thus, a lug hole detecting pin 16 and a Z dimension measuring block 15 provided in a free vertical motion at a measuring terminal supporting block 14 fixed at the vertical motion block 13 also rise. When the lug hole detecting pin 16 is not contained to a lug hole 2a, the lug hole detecting pin 16 is pushed at the lower surface of a fitting lug 2, a spring 19 is shrinked, a microswitch 25 is turned on, a displaying part 31 displays a lug hole position faulty and an alarm is issued. Regardless of the fact that the lug hole detecting pin 16 is contained to a lug hole 2a, simultaneously, the Z dimension measuring block 15 is contacted to the fitting lug 2, measured by an electronic dial gage 24 and the acceptance or rejection are decided.
