DIELECTRIC RESONATOR DEVICE

PURPOSE:To simplify an external coupling structure by forming an electrode in a concentric circle shape on the edge surface of one side of resonators and connecting an antenna conductor for external coupling at an electrode at an inside. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of 4 and 7 out of resonators 4-7, electrodes 8 and 9 are formed in a concentric circle shape. The electrode 8 at an outside is connected with a metallic film 2 of the inner surface of an enclosure 1 and the electrode 9 at the inside is connected to antenna conductors 12 and 13 inserted through holes 10 and 11 for an external coupling of an upper surface. Thus, the resonators 4 and 7 and an external circuit are electric-field- coupled. The extent of the coupling can be adjusted by changing the size of areas S1 and S2 of the electrodes 8 and 9.
