PURPOSE:To perform painting in good adhesion, by painting an unpolished cured film of a thermosetting resin paint with an acryl-urethane paint containing a specified acrylpolyol and a polyisocyanate at a specified equivalent ratio and curing the painted film. CONSTITUTION:10-85wt.% methyl methacrylate and/or styrene, 10-60wt.% ester of a 1-8C saturated aliphatic monoalcohol with acrylic acid, 5-30wt.% hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer, 0.1-10wt.% carboxyl group- containing vinyl monomer and/or a phosphoric group-containing vinyl monomer, and 0-50wt.% copolymerizable vinyl monomer are copolymerized together. An unpolished cured film of a thermoplastic resin paint is coated with a paint containing the above obtained acrylpolyol of a solubility parameter of 8.95-9.45, a glass transition point <=75 deg.C and a number-average MW of 3,000-30,000 at an OH to NCO equivalent ratio of 1/0.5-1/1.5, and this film is cured.
