发明名称 LASER MAGNETIC IMMUNOASSAY INSTRUMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute local concentration of a specimen with simple constitution in a short period of time by switching and applying DC excitation and intermittent pulse excitation to an electromagnet and a magnetic pole piece facing the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 4 of the electromagnet and the magnetic pole piece 5 are disposed on both sides of an inspection vessel 1 in which a magnetic body labeled specimen after an antigen-antibody reaction is housed. The laser light from a laser light source 6 is projected to the specimen and the scattered light thereof is guided to a photoelectron multiplier 11. The electromagnet 3 is first excited by a DC power supply to concentrate the magnetic body labeled specimen to the water surface right under the magnetic pole piece 5. The DC power source is then switched to an intermittent pulse power supply and the scattered laser light is detected. Only the scattered light at the time of non-excitation is selectively detected. The detection signals are added and averaged repeatedly, by which the magnetic body labeled specimen is detected.
