PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure a plane region of an elastic layer of desired size needed for sealing between separator plates of adjacent fuel cells during stacking.SOLUTION: A fuel cell having a pair of separator plates holding a power generation body therebetween is characterized in that: a first separator plate of the pair of separator plates comprises a projection part of a spring seal structure pressed by the second separator plate of the other fuel cell arranged adjacently to the side of the first separator plate when the fuel battery is stacked, and a second separator plate of the pair of separator plates comprises an elastic layer pressed by the projection part of the spring seal structure of a first separator plate of the other fuel cell arranged adjacently to the side of the second separator plate when the fuel battery is stacked, and a weir part provided by the elastic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
