PURPOSE:To make construction simple and smaller in size and cost low by moving parallel clamping bases for a reinforcing bar disposed on both right and left sides of a fulcrum pin in the circumferential direction centering at the fulcrum pin. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar P is clamped by means of both clamping bases 3, 4, and a cylinder 19 is further actuated to move parallel the 1st clamping base 3 in an arrow A direction along the guide grooves 5, 6 of a table 1. The 2nd clamping base 4 is parallel moved in an arrow direction B along guide grooves 7, 8. Both bases 3, 4 are stopped in the prescribed position. The bar P is bent with a fulcrum pin 2 as a fulcrum. The cylinders 16, 19 are opened to unclamp the bar P at the point of the time when the bases 3, 4 stop, then a metal 23 for preventing the springing up of the bar is removed and both bases 3, 4 are returned to the initial position. The similar operation is thereafter repeated whereby the lattice-shaped reinforcing bar is manufactured. |
