Zirconia mixt. tube (11)[formed by compressing ZrO2/CaO/TiO2 (82:8:10) mixt. under 70,000-80,000 psi having heat element (3) without Pt electrode is sited in the closed chamber (4) joined with suction pipe (5). Sepn. of O from the air witout Pt electrode improves electric conductivity by electron from zirconia mixt. tube (11).
