摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a perforated plate avoiding the obstruction of penetration bringing about a non-uniform melt flow and having sufficient strength by forming the respective penetration passages opened to a plurality of strand discharge nozzles into a hopper-like tapering shape and arranging the strand discharge nozzles so as to form an inclined angle. CONSTITUTION: Strand discharge nozzles 14 are arranged to the bottoms of the hopper-like tapering parts 8 of blind holes 4 side by side and the vertical axial lines 9 of the strand discharge nozzles 14 are inclined at a predetermined angle, advantageously, at an angle of 10-20 deg. with respect to the vertical axial lines of the penetration passages 2 thereof. A uniform melt flow is achieved even in the penetration passages 2 in the same way as the individual strand discharge nozzles 14 by the hopper like tapering parts 8 of the penetration passages 2. The hopper-like tapering parts 8 are dimensionally set on the basis of the flow characteristics of a plastic melt to be processed and have a conical angle of 30-60 deg.. By this constitution, the obstruction of penetration at the time of supply of the melt from each one of the penetration passages 2 to a plurality of the strand discharge nozzles 14 can be certainly avoided.
