PURPOSE:To attain the using of a help function without deleting an input command by providing a help information registering means, a help information extracting means and a command editing means. CONSTITUTION:When a registering request command to accumulate help information to a permanent file is inputted to an input output device 11, a help information registering means 12 is activated, the help information to a use system is registered to the file and a help information storing file 15 is prepared. When the command to be inputted next is not found before a processing request command is inputted or on the way of the input, and when the help request is executed, a help information extracting means 13 is activated, the already designated command is analyzed and the type of the command able to be inputted next is determined. The inputtable command is extracted out of a file 5 and displayed on the picture. When the aimed command is selected out of the displayed commands, a command editing means 14 is activated, the selected command is added to the command and displayed on the preceding picture. |
