FLOP-FLIP CIRCUIT

The circuit has a power terminal set at 5V. A latch section changes one of two output terminals to 5V and discharges the other to zero volt in accordance with an input signal. Two MOS transistors are provided. The first transistor has a current path connected between the power and the output terminals. A second transistor changes the gate of the first while the potential of the second output terminal is changed from 5V to OV. A capacitor bootstraps the gate potential of the first MOS transistor to turn it on. The circuit further comprises a third MOS transistor having a current path connected between the gate of the first MOS transistor and the first output terminal.
