PURPOSE:To easily restrict Keplerain fiber and to reduce whole constitution by extending the fiber material for tensile of an optical fiber cord from a skin edge pat, turning it over and sandwiching it by one edge part of a protection pipe and an elastic sleeve tube. CONSTITUTION:An elastic sleeve tube 19 is provided to be attached of the circumferential surface of the edge part in a skin 18 of an optical fiber cord 13. A protection pipe 15 is also provided. Then, for the protection pipe 15, the inner diameter of one edge pat is slightly smaller than an outer diameter when the reaction of the elastic sleeve pipe 19 is zero and the inner diameter of the other edge part is larger than the outer diameter of a sleeve tube 12 in a package 11 side. A fiber material 17 for tensile to be covered on a fiber wire 14 of the optical fiber cord 13 is attached to the protection pipe 15 in a condition that the material 17 is turned over on the elastic sleeve tube 19. Then, the fiber material 17 for tensile is sandwiched and fixed between the elastic sleeve tube 19 and protection pipe 15. Thus, the constitution can be made simple and compact to restrict the fiber material 17 for tensile and a price can be made low. Then, operability for assembly, etc., can be improved. |
