PURPOSE:To know the scale of a program produced in a program editing state and to evaluate the program by converting the number of gates to an integrated circuit and displaying the converted number of gates via the input program data. CONSTITUTION:The program data is inputted via an input means 1 and edited with display via a display means 2. At editing of the program data, the program data inputted by the means 1 converts the number of gates to an integrated circuit via a conversion means 4. Then the converted number of gates are displayed by the means 2. Thus the scale of the program is known in the program editing state. Then the program can be evaluated.
