PURPOSE:To improve the drying efficiency on drying a building material by aging in an autoclave a calcium oxide molded body as a building material to which a petroleum-based waterproofing agent and a lignin-sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent are added, and then subjecting the molded body to forced drying. CONSTITUTION:In the method of producing a calcium oxide building material that the source material is mixed, molded, aged in an autoclave, and forcedly dried, a petroleum-based waterproofing agent and a lignin-sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent are added to the source material. The calcium oxide building material is not only calcium silicate type building material, but such a building material containing calcium oxide component such as cement, quicklime, etc., is used, and for example, pulp cement plate, gypsum board, wood chip cement plate, etc., can be used. The building material obtained by this method has high quality without causing cracks by virtue of its lowered moisture. |
