PURPOSE:To use a cooking apparatus at a place where no commercial power receptacle is available by providing an induction heating device including a battery and an inverter or a high-frequency heating device including a high-frequency oscillator receiving the output of the inverter on a moving mount. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating device 7 is provided on a mount 9 with moving wheels 8. A metal pan 11 is mounted on a top plate 10, an it is induction-heated by the high-frequency current flowing in a heating coil provided below the plate 7. A battery serving as a DC power source and an inverter circuit converting the DC into high frequency are provided below the mount 9. The voltage resonance is obtained by the inductance of a heating coil 20 and the capacity of a resonant capacitor 18, and the loss of a switching element 16 is reduced. A high-frequency resonant current flows in the heating coil 20. |
