PURPOSE:To lower refrigerant gas temperature of a condenser of a refrigerating cycle and to enhance COP of the cycle by providing a refrigerant circulating circuit for commonly using the cycle and a latent heat accumulator and circulating refrigerant by a liquid pump interposed on the way, and a hot water manufacturing heat exchanger provided on the way of the circuit to supply hot heat to a load through the hot water. CONSTITUTION:Latent heat accumulating medium 3A is filled in a latent heat accumulator 3, and the refrigerant is brought into direct contact with the medium 3A. Heat is dissipated by condensing of the refrigerant in the accumulator 3, state-changed by the heating of the medium 3A to accumulate hot heat. In a refrigerant circulating circuit 6, since the same refrigerant as that of a refrigerating cycle l is used, hot heat stored in the medium 3A in the reservoir 4 is carried to a hot water manufacturing heat exchanger 8 through medium of the circuit 6, and further conveyed to an air conditioner 11. Hot heat is carried to the conditioner 11 through the refrigerant from the accumulator 3 of the cycle without intermediary of the hot water. |
