A hole of a certain size is drilled into a panel (10) to scrape out an insulating core (10'). A reinforcing frame (12) is inserted into the hole, and outer plates (11)(11') are inwardly bent to form an opening (13). Then a frame (14) is secured to the reinforcing frame (12), and glasses (16)(16') are fitted to a both-side tape which has been already attached to the frame (14). Then a silicon sealing stuff is applied between the glasses and the tape portion of the panel (10). The method effectively shields noises, and provides an improved aesthetic appearance.
