PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-resistant laminate by successively laminating a metallic foil, a resin layer mainly composed of a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide- imide resin, a heat-resistant adhesive layer and a metallic foil the same as/or different from the metallic foil. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer B mainly comprising a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin is laminated on a metallic foil A. A heat-resistant adhesive layer C is formed onto the surface of said resin layer B, a metallic foil D the same as/or different from the metallic foil A is superposed on the surface of the adhesive layer C or the heat-resistant adhesive layer C is shaped onto the metallic foil D the same as/or different from the metallic foil A, and said adhesive layer C and the resin layer B are superposed, thus forming a heat-resistant laminate through contact-bond by heating. The blanks and thickness of the metallic foils A and D may be the same or different, and copper, aluminum, steel or nickel or alloys thereof, etc., are cited as a metal used. Epoxy adhesives displaying high heat resistance by curing are particularly favorable as the heat-resistant adhesives. |
