PURPOSE:To distribute a software resource matching a software resource distribution destination decentralizing machine by sending precondition data on the software resource to be distributed to the software resource distribution destination decentralizating machine, and automatically checking the precondition and distributing the resource only when the precondition is satisfied. CONSTITUTION:A distribution-origin decentralizing machine 2 defines the premise software resource of the software resource 6 to be distributed and its version and uploads them as the precondition data to a central computer 1 together with the software resource 6. Then the precondition data on the software resource 6 is sent to the decentralizing machine 3 first at the time of software resource downloading and matched with a software resource control file 7-b on the side of the decentralizing machine 3, so that the software resource is downloaded when the precondition is satisfied or not downloaded when not. Consequently, the software resource 6 matching the distribution-destination decentralizing machine 3 can be distributed.
