A process meat is prepd. by (a) cutting pork or fowl, (b) mixing the cut pork or fowl with 3-10 % mung beanpowder, 3-15 % rice, 0.5-1.5 % powdery kimchi, 0.1-1.0 % sesame leaf etc. under 60 mmHg or less pressure, and (c) packaging the mixture and steriling. The product has a good taste and flavor. |
