MOLD FOR VULCANIZATION AND MOLDING OF TIRE

PURPOSE:To perform control of residual cornering force without affecting other capacity or properties of a tire, by making a mold for vulcanization and molding of the tire into structure where a groove angle of a padless part can be changed and controlled easily. CONSTITUTION:A top and bottom forces A1, A2 in a mold for vulcanization and molding of a two piece type tire are constituted respectively of a main mold part 2 possessing a molding part 1 for a side corresponding to a tire side part and a tread mold part 3 molding a tire tread part in succession to the molding part for the side. The tread mold part 3 is split into and formed of a mold 6 for a tread part at the vicinity of an earthing end of the tread part and a mold 7 for a padless part of a nongrounding part side, at least the mold 7 for the padless part is provided detachably to the main mold part 2 and the mold 7 for the padless part is made exchangeable.
