PURPOSE:To provisionally assemble a box column accurately and effectively in an assembling line specifically designed therefore. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement according to the present invention is composed of a gate-form frame 1 installed as striding over a box column 5 to be assembled provisionally, a dolly 2 to move the frame 1 in the axial direction of the box column 5, a hydraulic cylinder 31 for pressing the vertical surface of the box column 5, a motor-driven cylinder 30 to raise and sink the cylinder 31 to any desired position of a leg, another hydraulic cylinder 41 for pressing the oversurface of the box column 5, and another motor-driven cylinder 40 to move the later named hydraulic cylinder 41 horizontally to any desired position on a cross-beam. |
