PURPOSE:To adapt a thermoplastic composite material to various parts by performing molding along the surface of a molding jig so as to conform to the sharp edge of said jig. CONSTITUTION:A jig 7 is put in a molding container case 2 to be set on a hot press 1 and this hot press is heated to the molding temp. of a composite material and an evacuating breezer 12 is set to the periphery of a laminated thermoplastic composite material 13 and release films 11 are set to both surfaces of the composite material. The composite material is set along with an evacuating picture frame 8 to be held between diaphragm materials 10 and seal materials 9 are set to the upper and rear surfaces to which gas pressure is applied of the diaphragm materials 10. These elements are pressed by the hot press 1 to be internally sealed by the seal material 9. The gap between the diaphragm materials is evacuated to perform press molding and, after the molded one is taken out, the lower diaphragm material is removed to again perform press molding. Therefore, a sharp edge can be molded along the mold. |
