<p>PURPOSE:To prevent white stripes and irregularity in density from occurring and achieve heat history control and multi-gradation recording without fail by controlling heating of heating elements for printing individually. CONSTITUTION:Printing data D (a)-D (d) are switched at a selector 1 and supplied to latches L0-LM. At this time, latch pulse is supplied to a shift register S0, which synchronizes with clock pulse so as to be supplied to S1-SM sequentially. Outputs of the shift registers S0-SM are supplied to the latches L0-LM sequentially, so that the printing data is latched by the latches L0-LM and supplied to inverters V0-VM. Thus, a power source V is supplied to heating elements R0-RM so as to control heating. Since the printing data D (a)-D (d) are supplied continuously to the latches L0-LM, there is no dormant period of heating. Since 4 types of data can be supplied continuously to one and the same latch, the heat history control is possible and the influence of radiation on multi-gradation recording can be prevented.</p> |
