<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the designation operation of character control information, to reduce the load by a user and to shorten the time for document editing, in a document preparing device provided with a character control function. CONSTITUTION:By inputting the name of a tag through an input part 11, a character control part 13 registers character control information by this inputted name of the tag in a memory for registration 15. When the instruction of the display of the name of the tag is given, the name of the tag registered in the memory for registration 15 is displayed, the character control information corresponding to the name of the tag selected from it is read from the memory for registration 15 and the character control corresponding to this read character control information is executed.</p> |
