<p>PURPOSE:To easily detect the position of abnormality generated at a work and a work program generating the abnormality. CONSTITUTION:A controller on the side of an NC machine tool 2 detects the operating state of the machine tool, the state is successively updated and stored in a state data storage memory, and each time the change of a program number of a sequence number is detected, the values of the respective numbers are updated and stored in a program number storage register RM and a sequence number storage register RS. The NC machine tool 2 is successively polled by the processing of a cell controller 1, and the contents of the register RM or RS and the state data storage memory are read for each prescribed cycle and time sequentially stored in a process monitor file Fj of a nonvolatile RAM. The process monitor file Fj is outputted to a CRT display device or a printer by operating a keyboard, the program number of sequence number of a work program executed in the case of raising an alarm is detected, the abnormal part of the work is specified, and the work program is corrected.</p> |
