steeping in a treating agent, composed of addition agent of 2-30 wt.% of mixed or single compd. selected from di-glucose, monosaccharide, i.e. glucose, fructose, galactose, disaccharide, i.e. sugar, maltose, lactose, di-3-(amyl, hexyl, heptyl, octyl, nonyl) sulfosuccinate metal salts, (monoethyl monododecyl, mono-2-ethylhexyl monomethyl pentyl, monobutyl monododecyl, mono-2-ethyl hexyl monomethyl-4-ethyl hexyl, di-1-methylbutyl, diisoamyl, di-dimethylamyl, di-1-propylbutyl, di-2-ethylbutyl, di-1-butylamine, di-1-methyl-4-ethyloctyl, diisobutyl-3-methylbutyl, di-2-ethylhexyl, dioctyl) sulfosuccimate metal salts and soln. of penetrant of 2-20 wt.% at 40-70 deg.C, for 30-80 min. and bath ratio of 1:40-1:60; washing; and drying.
