PURPOSE:To transmit a signal from a pager to the other equipment without fail. CONSTITUTION:When a call for a pager I comes, an ON/OFF signal S1 is sent from a data restoration circuit 3 to a speaker 6, ringing the pager. This signal S1 is sent to an especially provided external connection terminal 4, and the terminal 4 is connected to an OR circuit 14 of an equipment II. The ON/OFF signal S1 is sent from the OR circuit 14 to a response circuit 15, operating the equipment II. When a function code is received after the call for the pager I comes, a function code signal S2 is restored from the data restoration circuit 3, and the corresponding message is displayed on a liquid crystal display device 9. The function code signal S2 is sent to an external connection terminal 5 especially for the pager I, and this is inputted to a function discrimination circuit 16 of the equipment II. The function code is decoded, operating any of set-up circuits 17 to 19 according to the function code. |
