PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing a photovoltaic device which is formed on an insulating substrate, and whose collecting electrodes are inserted between light-transmitting conductive layers and semiconductor layers which are the constituent elements of the device and covered with insulator. CONSTITUTION:Collecting electrodes 5 each consisting of a metal paste are patterned by a screen printing method. An insulating paste which is used as an insulating film 6 for covering these collecting electrodes 5 is patterned by a screen printing method prior to firing this metal paste. Then, this metal paste and the insulating paste are simultaneously fired. |
