FIBER REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN LAMINATED SHEET FOR THERMOFORMING, FIBER REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN LAMINATED PROFILE MOLDED PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin laminated sheet for thermoforming having a smooth surface and excellent in mechanical strength, rigidity and impact resistance and a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin laminated profile molded product. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber reinforced polypropylene resin sheet (thickness; 3.7mm, fiber content; 40wt.%) formed by impregnating a continuous glass fiber mat with a molten polypropylene resin is used as a core layer and an ethylene/ propylene rubber sheet (thickness; 0.3mm, JIS A hardness; 60, moldulus in bending; 5kg/mm<2>) is used as a surface layer. The surface layers are laminated to both surfaces of the core layer and the whole is heated at 200 deg.C under pressure of 10kg/cm<2> by a hot press to heat and melt both layers to produce a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin laminated sheet for thermoforming. This laminated sheet is heated and pressed by a matched die to produce a laminated profile molded product.
