PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality tire whose vertical direction is uniform at a low cost, by a method wherein a green tire is located at almost the central position in a vertical direction of the outer circumference of a bladder in an extended state by a loader provided with a chuck and the top and bottom of the bladder are approached synchronously each other while introducing a pressure fluid into the bladder. CONSTITUTION:A bladder 67 is made into an extended and tensed state on the center of a bottom force 53 by an upper and lower clamping rings 63, 65. A loader 54 which has held a green tire 56 by a chuck 54 is lowered and the green tire 56 is located at almost the central position in a vertical direction of the bladder 67. The upper and lower clamping rings 63, 65 supporting the bladder 67 are approached synchronously each other while expanding the bladder 67 while introducing pressure fluid into the bladder 67 and the bladder 67 is made to lie along the inside of the green tire 56 while bending the bladder 67. Then the lower clamping ring 65 and a bead ring of the green tire 56 are approached each other until they abut against each other. Then the loader 55 and clamping rings 63, 65 are lowered synchronously and the green tire 56 is seated on the bottom force 53. |
