PURPOSE:To avoid the electrolysis of water in an electrolyte by constituting a gear rotated in the counterclockwise direction in the three gears of a three- gear switch so as to interrupt back electromotive force and rectifying pulsating currents into since-wave DCs and conducting charging. CONSTITUTION:When the gears 14, 16, 18 of a three-gear switch 12 are rotated, the flow of currents is formed in a since wave shape, and since wave DCs are formed. That is, since currents flowing through the gear 14 through a conductor 5-1 and a graphite cylinder 20 from the positive electrode of a battery 1 flow along the direction of rotation of the gear 14, the flow of currents has a since wave-shaped conductive path, and pulsating currents are formed in since wave DCs through the conductive path. Pulsating currents are rectified into DCs, ion currents are made to flow into plates 3, 4 through conductors 5-1, 5-4, and the battery 1 is charged. Accordingly, the generation of the electrolysis of water in an electrolyte can be prevented. |
