PURPOSE: To prevent axial movement of a disc along a shaft by forming respectively circumferentially extending grooves in a shaft and a hub surrounding the shaft in a disc, and inserting each retain portion of arc-shaped retain elements in each grooves. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotation blades is installed in a shaft 8 of the rotor and a dummy disc 9 is arranged for a steam turbine. In this case, a circumferentially extending first groove 16 is formed in the shaft 8. And, a circumferentially extending second groove 17 is formed in a hub 10 that surrounds the shaft 8 in the disc 9. Furthermore, in order to prevent axial movement of the disc 9 relative to the shaft 8, an arc-shaped retainer 15 is arranged. A first and a second retainers 19, 20 that are respectively inserted into the first and the second grooves 16, 17 are arranged in the retainer 15. By this constitution, the axial movement of the disc 9 along the shaft 8 can be prevented. |
