<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a tube, insert and retain the tube in a constriction section with a simple pressing means, and rarely generate backflow contamination by reducing the friction resistance on the inner face of a cylindrical section, and providing a hold section held by holding forceps at the rear end of the cylindrical section. CONSTITUTION:A retention tube 1 is provided with a cylindrical section 2 inserted and retained in a constriction section in a body cavity, the cylindrical section 2 is constituted of an inner layer tube 4 and an outer layer tube 5, and the inner layer tube 4 is made of fluororesin having little friction resistance, for example. The outer layer tube 5 is made of soft synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and side flaps 6, 7 are operably formed near the front end section of the outer layer tube 5.
