A flange, particularly for fixture of exhaust pipes, has a laminate sheet with at least one borehole (28) for mounting the pipe (20). The individual laminates have axial projections (30), which surround the borehole and locate in corresponding recesses (31) in the adjacent laminate to form a labyrinth seal.The lamina each can have a ridge to engage in a respective groove in an adjacent lamina.
