The method is for manufacturing process of the magnetic card such as a telephone card, a safe card, and an access card for major system. The method comprises the recording for variable information enclosed in the magnetic card; the formation of the first magnetic doped layer (2); the second magnetic material doped layer which has the shape that is a particular angle (θ), a lattitude (L) and thickness (T); and the particular property gotten by the magnetic spherical structure with the permanent signal information.
