PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which inhibits temperature rise in a housing.SOLUTION: An electronic device according to one embodiment includes: a substrate; a housing; a conductor part; an electronic component; and a heat transfer member. The housing houses the substrate. The conductor part is provided on a surface of the substrate. The electronic component is mounted on the substrate.
