The image processing tester includes a sync separator, an A/D converter, first to sixth input buffers, an oscillator, an address generator for generating first and second address signals, a counter for sequentially enabling the first to sixth input buffers, first to sixth memories for storing and outputting an A/D converted video signal, a frequency divider for generating first and second enable signals, and first to sixth buffers for latching the signals output from the first to sixth memories, thereby facilitating the checking of a signal processor.
