<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the wastefulness of work and material in repairing the defective part of a steel pipe, by cutting off both the sides of the defective part of the steel pipe, and connecting a movable pipe to this cut-off part via a joint, having a steel pipe and a movable pipe joint structure part on both end parts. CONSTITUTION:To repair the defective part 2 of a steel pipe 1, both the sides of the defective part 2 are cut off previously, and also the flexible pipe 8 is cut so as to shorten by given length than the interval of the cut-off steel pipe 1. Then first, the respective flexible tube fitting structure part 10 of respective joints 20 are connected respectively to both end parts where the resin coating 33 of the movable pipe 8 is removed. That is, the male screw part 30 of a nut 12 in the movable pipe 8 is threadedly engaged with the female screw part 31 of the movable tube fitting structure part 10. Then the respective mechanical joint structure parts 4 of the respective joints 20 are connected respectively to the respective end parts of the steel pipe 1. That is, the male screw part 25 of a nut 6 in the steel pipe 1 is threadedly engaged with the female screw part 26 of the mechanical joint structure part 4. This constitution makes the defective part 2 of the steel pipe 1 be repared by connecting by the movable pipe 8 for eliminating the wastefulness of work and material.</p> |
